- This apartment is rented for stays of 32 nights or more.
- In accordance with current regulations (Royal Decree 933/2021), passport or ID information for all guests will be requested for registration with the authorities.
- We appreciate respect for the neighbors' rest, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties and events are not allowed.

- Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be by 11:00 AM to allow for cleaning of the apartment for the next guests.

- Occupancy: The maximum capacity of the apartment is 2 people. No additional guests are allowed.

- Parties and events: Parties, events, or noisy gatherings are not allowed in the apartment. We kindly ask you to keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), out of respect for the neighbors in the community.

- Pets: Your four-legged friend is welcome! We accept a maximum of 1 pet upon prior request. We appreciate you ensuring your pet does not cause disturbance or damage.

- Tobacco: This is a smoke-free space. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

- Apartment care: Please treat the studio and its equipment with care, as if it were your own home. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in a reasonable state of tidiness and cleanliness. Make sure to turn off the air conditioning and lights.

- Security: Please always lock the door when leaving the apartment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
