The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, and the modern bathroom has a revitalizing shower. But the true gem of the loft is its private terrace: a quiet corner where you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun, have a morning coffee, or a glass of wine at sunset.

- Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be by 11:00 AM to allow for cleaning the apartment for the next guests.

- Occupancy: The maximum capacity of the apartment is 2 people. No additional guests are allowed.

- Parties and Events: It is not permitted to hold parties, events, or noisy gatherings in the apartment. We kindly ask you to keep noise levels low, especially during resting hours (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), out of respect for the neighbors in the community.

- Pets: Your four-legged friend is welcome! We accept a maximum of 1 pet upon prior request. We appreciate you ensuring that your pet does not cause disturbance or damage.

- Tobacco: This is a smoke-free space. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

- Apartment Care: Please treat the studio and its equipment with care, as if it were your own home. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in a reasonable state of order and cleanliness. Make sure to turn off the air conditioning and lights.

- Security: Please always lock the door when leaving the apartment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
