Through internal stairs, you'll access the upper floor, where the tranquil bedroom with a double bed and the complete bathroom with a shower are located. The jewel in the crown is, without a doubt, the private terrace: your private oasis to enjoy a coffee in the morning, read a book in the sun, or relax with a glass of wine at sunset.

- Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out must be before 11:00 AM to allow for cleaning the apartment for the next guests.

- Occupancy: The maximum capacity of the apartment is 2 people. No additional guests are allowed.

- Parties and events: It is not permitted to hold parties, events, or noisy gatherings in the apartment. We kindly ask you to keep noise levels down, especially during rest hours (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), out of respect for the community's neighbors.

- Pets: Your four-legged friend is welcome! We accept a maximum of 1 pet upon prior request. We appreciate you ensuring that your pet does not cause disturbance or damage.

- Tobacco: This is a smoke-free space. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

- Apartment care: Please treat the studio and its equipment with care, as if it were your own home. Upon leaving, please leave the apartment in a reasonably tidy and clean state. Make sure to turn off the air conditioning and lights.

- Security: Please always lock the door when leaving the apartment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
