How can I get the best price?
Only through our website you will find the cheapest price. Availability and price are guaranteed, and are updated for each day. If you want you can ask us any other question.

Where and when do I pick up the keys to the apartment?
On the day of your arrival, you must contact the person in charge of check-in at least one hour before your arrival at the apartment. Their telephone number is 00 34 638 260 008 (or 00 34 639 304 110). He will be waiting for you in front of the apartment at the agreed time to give you the keys.

What time is check-in and check-out?
The entrance time is from 15.00h until 20:00h.
If you arrive earlier and the apartment is available, you can check in earlier free of charge.
On the other hand, please note that if you check in after 8 pm, there is an additional charge of 25 €, and if it is after 11 pm, the charge is 40 €.
And the departure time is before 11.00 am.

How can I pay for my stay?
On the day of arrival you can pay for your stay, at check-in, with a Visa, Master Card, Maestro or Amex credit card, or if you prefer in cash.

Do children pay anything?
A child under 3 years of age is free using existing beds.

Are there any extra costs?
In all apartments: The total amount includes taxes. All apartments are provided, included in the price, with a set of bed linen and towels, depending on the number of people. Cleaning takes place every 7 days. If you wish, you can hire the daily cleaning service by notifying us beforehand, the cost is 50 €.
In the apartments you will also find hand soap, dish soap and floor soap.
We provide shower gel and shampoo for once.

What do you need my credit card for?
A credit card number and expiration date are required only to guarantee the reservation.
There will be no charge if the booking is cancelled within 10 days of the arrival date (before 12:00 pm.). The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of credit cards before the arrival date.
If you cancel out of time or do not show up, Barnapartments will charge 100% of the first night.
In non-refundable rate, in which you enjoy a special discount, Barnapartments, if you cancel or do not show up, will charge the entire stay. With this non-refundable rate, Barnapartments can charge the full stay at any time after booking.

What do I do if I need help during my stay?
We will provide you with a 24 hour emergency number upon arrival.

Will I need an adapter for the plugs?
All our plugs are European. We recommend that you bring the appropriate adapter to connect your electronic devices depending on your region.

Is it possible to smoke in the apartments?
NO. Smoking is totally forbidden inside the apartments, or in common areas. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or terrace if the apartment has one of these options.

Is there parking?
There is no parking in the building. But there is public parking nearby. We can send you a map of the nearest car parks by mail, or we will give you directions during check-in.

How can I wash my clothes?
All our apartments have a washing machine or a washing machine/dryer.

What do I do if the hot water runs out?
The great majority of our apartments work with an electric water heater. If the hot water stops flowing, just wait 25 minutes. Remember, each thermos gives service between two and three people. It is better to organize the showers if this number exceeds the occupation of the apartment.

What happens if I leave the keys inside the apartment?
If you leave them between 08:00h and 20:00h, don't worry, we will open the apartment free of charge. If you leave them outside these hours, between 20:00h and 23:00h there will be a charge of 25€, and after 23:00h the charge will be 40€.

What happens if I lose my keys?
Each set of keys or each card implies the payment of 50€.

How to check out?
When you leave the apartment you must throw the rubbish into the container and leave the keys on the dining room table. The early check-out is free of charge.

Is there any heating in the apartment?
All apartments have air conditioning and heat pump.
The beds are prepared with a duvet so you won't get cold.
